Safari summary
Tsavo East National Park forms the largest protected area in Kenya and is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust –, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, water bucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk and the prolific bird life with over 500 recorded species. Tsavo East Galana River is one of the most evocative images in Africa. These, along with the 300 kilometer long Yatta Plateau, the longest lava flow in the world, make for an adventure unlike any other in the Tsavo East.
Itinerary
Mombasa/Diani/Malindi-Tsavo East
Pick up at 05:00 and arrive in tsavo east at 09:00 and start your safari until 1pm, you will have your lunch at Ashnil Aruba lodge and immediately after lunch you will embark on your afternoon safari until 3pm . You will then start your journey back to your beach hotel and arrive late in the evening at around 7pm.
